English, French, and Spanish, chosen per person.
Church Planner is available in English, French, and Spanish, in the app and on the website.
Choosing your language
Click the language menu in the top bar and pick English, Français, or Español. The choice is personal and saved with your account: a French-speaking worship leader and an English-speaking admin can work in the same church, each in their own language.
There is no church-wide language setting; each person simply chooses their own. If you have never opened the menu, Church Planner keeps the language your browser was already showing when you signed in.
What is translated
The whole interface: navigation, pages, and dialogs. Your own data (event titles, song charts, notes, messages) stays exactly as you typed it.
Reminders and alerts follow the same choice. Schedule reminders, unread-message reminders, birthday digests, position alerts, and missed-attendance reports go out in the language on your account, by email and by text, so two people in the same church can receive the same reminder each in their own language.
An invitation to join a church arrives in the language of the person who sent it, because there is no account yet to read a preference from.
