Reports overview
Six reports, one hub page. Here is what each is for.
The Reports page is a hub of cards; click one to open that report. You only see the reports your permissions allow, and each report page notes what it requires.
- Attendance Detail. A monthly matrix of who attended each event. Best for spotting patterns person by person.
- Attendance Trend. A chart of attendance over time. Best for seeing growth and seasonal dips.
- Attendance Sheets. One row per event with its attendee count. Best for records and quick lookups.
- Missed Attendance. People who have not been seen lately, with their contact details. Best for follow-up.
- Birthdays. Upcoming birthdays in a period. Best for care teams.
- Time Off. Upcoming unavailable periods volunteers have entered. Best for planning ahead.
Most reports share the same filter bar (date range, event type, location) and export to CSV for spreadsheets.
