Missed attendance report
The follow-up list: who has slipped away in the last few weeks.
Missed Attendance surfaces people to follow up with before they drift away. Requires the View missed-attendance report permission.
How the list is built
Pick an As of date and one or more event types. The report lists contacts whose last attendance for those event types was 15 or more days before the "as of" date, looking back up to 60 days. Someone whose only attendance was before that window is excluded, so the list stays about recent regulars who stopped, not people who left long ago.
Each row shows the person's name, last attended date, email, and phone numbers, everything a follow-up call needs.
The weekly digest
Users who hold the Receive attendance alerts permission get this report by email once a week, without opening the app. Grant that permission to your follow-up or care team through a role; see Roles and permissions.
