Service schedule and set lists
Turn a song library and a plan into the running order for a service.
The order of service lives on each event's Planning tab and is read by everyone on the Schedule tab. Building it requires the Plan events permission; see Event detail.
Adding songs
Click Add Song, search the library, and pick the song. The key defaults to the song's own key; choose another from Key (this service) to override it for this event only. The chart itself is untouched.
Adding everything else
Click Add Item for the non-song parts: welcome, announcements, offering, sermon, closing. Give each a title, an optional description, and an assignee, either a contact or free text for a guest name.
The songs-only view
Musicians mostly want the set list. The Songs only toggle on the Schedule and Planning tabs hides everything except the songs and their keys, in order.
Getting it to the team
Volunteers see the schedule in the app, and Email Schedule sends it with lyrics and charts attached. See Exporting and sending charts.
