Data and privacy
Your data is yours: download it any time.
Open the profile menu and choose Data & Privacy. Church Planner's position is simple: your data is yours, and you can take it with you.
Download your personal data
Click Download Your Data to get a copy of the personal data associated with your account, in JSON format: your profile information, preferences, and activity history. No admin approval is needed.
Your church's shared data (events, attendance, the song library) belongs to the church rather than one person; song charts can be exported from the music library and reports export to CSV.
Deleting your account
The Delete Account section on this page permanently removes your account and personal data. See Delete your account for exactly what happens before you confirm anything.
