Delete your account
Permanent, immediate, and not undoable. Read this first.
You can delete your own account at any time, from Profile, then Data & Privacy, in the Delete Account section.
Before you do
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal data is removed from Church Planner's systems.
If you simply want to stop using the app, consider asking your church's admin to deactivate your user instead; that preserves your history and can be reversed. If you are your church's administrator or the account owner, arrange the handover first: contact support about transferring ownership rather than deleting the account out from under your church.
Deleting
- Open Profile, then Data & Privacy.
- Consider Download Your Data first; there is no getting it later.
- In the Delete Account section, enter your current password.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box, exactly as shown.
- Click Delete My Account.
Your session ends immediately and your sign-in stops working.
