Install the mobile app
Get Church Planner on your phone and sign in.
Everything in Church Planner works in a mobile browser, but the app is faster for day-to-day use, especially taking attendance and checking your schedule.
Android
Install Church Planner from Google Play.
iPhone and iPad
Install Church Planner: Worship Teams from the App Store.
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. You can also sign in with Google on Android, and with Apple or Google on iOS. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, the app asks for your authenticator code.
The app is for churches that already use Church Planner. If you do not have an account yet, ask your church's administrator for an invitation; they add you as a user and you get an email to set your password. See Invite your team. To start a brand-new church, register on churchplanner.ca first (on Android you can also tap Create one in the app); see Create your church.
If you sign in with Apple for the first time and choose Hide My Email, Church Planner cannot match the hidden address to your invitation and will tell you no account exists. Sign in with the email and password from your invitation instead; you can link Apple afterwards.
What is different in the app
The app has the same dashboard, events, people, music, messages, and reports as the web. Billing is managed on the web only: open churchplanner.ca in a browser to change your plan. See Billing.
