Plans and pricing
What each plan includes, and what the contact limit means.
Current prices are always on the pricing page. This page explains what the plans mean in practice.
The plans
Unlimited Free-Trial. Try Church Planner with up to 15 contacts for as long as you like. No credit card and no expiry date. "Unlimited" refers to time, not contacts: every feature is available, and the trial simply caps how many people you can add.
Premium. Up to 80 contacts, with worship planning, volunteer scheduling, attendance and reports, the song library, and email reminders.
Pro. Unlimited contacts, plus SMS reminders on top of email. Everything in Premium is included.
Pricing is flat per church. There are no per-module fees, and every user at your church is included on every plan.
How the contact limit works
The limit counts contacts, not users. When you reach it, a banner appears on the People page and you cannot add more contacts until you upgrade or remove someone. If your contact count is over the limit (for example after a downgrade), adding new events is paused until you are back within the limit.
Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings, then Billing on the web. See Billing.
