Attendance report
A monthly matrix: every person down the side, every event across the top.
Attendance Detail is the person-by-event matrix. Requires the View attendance reports permission.
Reading it
Each row is a person and each column an event date; a check means they were there. Scanning a row shows one person's pattern, scanning a column shows one event's crowd.
Filters and export
Use the filter bar to narrow by month range, event type, or location, then click Export CSV to work with the data in a spreadsheet.
On phones the matrix becomes a grouped list, which reads better on a small screen.
