Song library
Every song your teams play, with charts, in one place.
The Music page is your song library: title, author, key, and chart for every song your teams use. Viewing requires the View music library permission; adding, importing, and editing require Manage music library.
Finding songs
Search by title with the search box, filter by Chart type (ChordPro, Chord over Lyric, OnSong, PDF), and sort the columns. An icon on each row shows whether the chart is text or PDF.
Adding songs
- New Song opens the song editor.
- Import takes chart files you already have: drop one or more
.onsong,.chopro,.cho,.pro,.chordpro, or.txtfiles, or a single.zipof them. Choose what to do with duplicates: skip them, overwrite the existing song, or create a copy. Each file becomes a song with its chart type detected.
Sharing and exporting
Each row has a share menu: Share / download hands the chart to another app or downloads it, and text charts also offer Open in OnSong on mobile. To export many songs at once as a zip of chart files, select rows (or filter) and use the Export menu. See Exporting and sending charts.
Using songs in services
Songs are attached to events on the Planning tab, where each service can override the key. See Service schedule and set lists.
