Exporting and sending charts

Email the service schedule

From an event's Schedule tab, click Email Schedule (requires the Plan events permission):

1. The dialog lists the event's ministry team as recipients. Everyone with an email address is preselected; people without one are shown but cannot be ticked.
2. Review the attachments: a lyrics.pdf with the words for every song in the set (chords stripped), plus each song's own chart file, text or PDF.
3. Add an optional note, which appears at the top of the email, and click Send Email.

Each recipient gets one email with the running order and every file they need for rehearsal.

Share one song

From the library's share menu on any row:

• Share / download uses your device's share sheet on mobile, or downloads the chart file in a browser.
• Open in OnSong (text charts, on mobile) hands the chart straight to the OnSong app. Chart files also open in SongbookPro and other ChordPro-compatible apps.

Export many songs

Select songs in the library (or apply a filter) and open the Export menu: Export selected or Export all filtered. You get a zip with one file per song, .chopro for ChordPro, .onsong for OnSong, .txt for other text charts, and .pdf for PDF charts. Your library is never locked in.
